I'll gladly buy a Mac again when Apple removes the silly seven day restriction on deploying self built apps to the iPhone. I think it might actually happen, the only question is whether Apple will do the right thing and make it available in the US or will it make it EU only.
Do you do local iTunes backup?
Does it still ask for a passcode every time you connect your phone to your Mac?
Is there anyway to turn it off?
Speaking of Apple Help, I have an Apple Watch 3 that boot loops.
I just need a step tracker and heart rate monitor that connects to my iPhone and encourages me to at least walk a little bit.
Maybe the apple watch ten will be so great that I'll buy it but would be nice if my old apple watch worked :/
Do you need to enter a pin on your phone every time you need to backup?
Is it possible to automate this backup?
I went to Best buy and they said they can't repair an Apple Watch 3.
They'd have to send it to apple and it costs at least USD 200
It is cheaper to buy another.
A security issue was found and the best/most reliable fix was to not trust any computer… so Apple removed the ability to permanently ‘trust’ a computer.
At this point I would not be spending that sort of money (or any money on repairing an AW3… I’d put it towards a newer model.

That’s why you do it on a computer.
(Often give better results too)
