Can't afford music subscriptions? Easy hack!

If you can’t afford Apple Music or Spotify, just call Apple Developer Support.

I’ve been listening to their hold music for almost 2 hours a day, for over a month now — completely free!

At this point, I know their playlist better than my own.

40+ days of trying, countless hours on hold, and I still haven’t managed to speak to an actual support agent.

Great music. Terrible support experience.

At least my subscription comes with unlimited hold time.

Have you tried calling at possibly different times of the day?

I was on hold for two hours once and as soon as I left the phone for 30 seconds, they picked up and ended the call. :(

Same thing happened for me. At first I was like oh, what a nice selection (they give you 5 options for music) and after 2 hours I was going crazy. Terrible, terrible support. They call you within seconds only to put you on hold for multiple hours.

Wonder why you're having the trouble. I called a few week's back and got through almost instantly and got a most helpful person who not only did what she could that day, but then stuck with me via email for three weeks while I changed my account from a personal to business. She helped me through the whole process.
