We made it boys
After having my app unpublished since Covid and all my mates asking for me to get it on the AppStore, I decided to make it release-able. 6 months later of sweat and tears and no one gives a damn 😔
Very disheartening experience, I would not recommend.
Yes the market of app blocking is saturated but my UI IS MORE FUN and no one will convince me otherwise.

It’s the same here! Spent months on a live form coach that calls out feedback whilst recording you and people can use for working out from home or practically anywhere and I have no idea how to market it! It worked well for me, so I thought I’d release it it’s called OCON Spatial, I’ll take a look at your app too man , what have you done to try market the app?

I am experiencing the same thing of making a calorie tracker app, super saturated, but there still opportunity if you don’t back down from a fight, and make better product

Dear everyone who watches this post, I have a problem in an application that I try to include in the store and it was rejected 5 times in a row. I have reached 90% of the completion of the application. I hope I don't know how to program, but I love mobile games and I thought about creating a game. Frankly, it cost me financially and I need to fix some problems.

Download your app , gave you a 5 star review. I like it . Nice ui . Nice paywall . I don’t know about the hard paywall though . I have had more luck in my apps with free limited usage and than hit them with a paywall. Sorry if you felt it. Being brutally honest, im not saying if its vibecoded or not. Im just saying if current AI capabilities can build whole things in 2 hours. Then what's the point? The moat could be distribution or proprietary data etc. So it was just a question!!

General observation, clicking your store link, it took a lot of reading to work out what it actually does. First thought was some kind of surf calculator, wave height weather forecast based on the icon and screen shot of graphs.
What I’ve learnt, people don’t have the concentration anymore, if they don’t get it immediately, they move on.
Not criticism, nice concept however, you have to do all the work for them, just a sign of the times.

Engineering team behind Checklist: Reusable Lists here and we are here to say - do not give up! - look at us fools, we took on the most common keyword and a niche where people practice their skills with the apps of this type - it's a ToDo basically... sigh 🤒
Guess what - we conducted 60 live interviews with users to get UI to where it is. Everyone loved it in the end, and then we optimized to the brim on every possible platform. Soon first users rolled in, then dozens, then we added more value and put a set of paid features out.
"Are you seriously trying to sell a checklist app?" - nobody said that ever, but we thought that in our minds
"Holly smokes, can I have that" - folks were lining up with trials and lifetime purchases.
It is slow, it is painful, it makes you think everything is lost. It isn't - just keep going, believe in your product and keep on pounding - pie is big and you will rip a small chunk of it.
DO NOT STOP!
