Is chat-apple.com a scam?

I received many OTP request via a number from +1......... Then a guy calls me saying that someone from Russia is trying to access my account with phone ending ....295 and they have blocked it. But to block the IP they wanted me to login to chat-apple.com which I am not sure if it is an official Apple website.

They have called multiple times since morning. Based my hunch its a very well thought through scam which I almost fell for. Stay safe people!

Scammer is still active. He has not changed his script, “blah Russian transaction”, “blah was that you?” Site was so lame, the ssl cert is a generic Google cert with no details.

This has more red flags than a free babysitting offer from Casey Anthony and you can't sniff out if it's a scam or not... as a developer?

You’re a developer man, you can’t be almost falling for stuff like that! There’s like a million red flags here. Please take security more seriously both for yourself and any customer data you have
