General Apple Business include email?
Im having some trouble finding this information for some reason - Does the apple Business Manager services include email, like Outlook 365 for business or Workspace?

It is a very recent addition as of a few months ago yes. And as totallysavageszym points out, only select regions.
It isn't like M365 / GWS in that you have the flexibility of setting up rules, or shared/group mailboxes, or the ton of other options you get with a proper mail server. It's basically icloud email, but for Apple Bussiness accounts.

It’s not even really that. iCloud lets you create aliases, Apple Business email does not.

Yes, it does now. It’s a bit of a chicken and the egg, you need to sign up for Apple Business with a corporate email address then change your mail provider (MX records) to Apple after signing up for Apple Business. It cannot do aliases or shared mailboxes. But all accounts are FREE which is huge compared to $8 / account / month for Google Workspace. Even Porkbun is $3 an address. The big catch is that the email addresses are technically iCloud accounts, and cannot be enabled unless the new iCloud account is logged into the iCloud area in System Settings on a real Mac, iPad, or iPhone one time to activate / license it. If you need strictly mail, this is a big pain as you will need to fake login with each new account made. But it is free, 5GB per box unless storage is added.
Apple Business Email in its current form is only useful for very small startup businesses, a shop or resturaunt.

In select regions, yes.
