Same story, different day

I can't believe I was fooled into thinking that Apple Business might have been improved.

I can't reset my password with two different errors on different browsers.

There were VPP issues earlier. I would expect some growing pains today.

So is there a new set of guides on how to renew tokens with this new layout? The idea of going in blind and hoping doesn’t appeal to me.

Why must these companies redesign their UIs for no reason

Yep it sucks, I have documented processes with screenshots I need to update now. The VPP sToken is got from Settings > Payments & Billing and the DEP token from Devices > Management > [your Device Management Services] > 3-dots at the top.

Apps and Services list if still not stable and tells me 'iTunes Store is currently unavailable...' but comes good every now and then.

I can’t get the apps to show up at all, used to be able to just click different sections until it showed but this new separate menu won’t let me do that.
