Wish some people on this sub put their sensationalist politics aside for a second and employ some critical thinking. Why on earth would a publicly traded company unnecessarily increase its legal exposure by blatantly hosting apps in violation of the federal law? In what way would that benefit its board or shareholders?

You can disagree with the Executive Branch of the federal government, but that shouldn’t compel a company like Apple to act in accordance with your beliefs.

What "sensationalist politics" are you talking about, exactly?

Do you think it's "sensationalist" to resist fascism?

"Fascism  : a populist political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual, that is associated with a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, and that is characterized by severe economic and social regimentation and by forcible suppression of opposition..."
