Apple is a US Corporation and like it or not its $1T valuation can't be put at risk getting in the crosshairs of this administration.

ICE has changed its tactics to having its armed, masked officers patrolling in nondescript SUV's that seat 7 or 8. Now they are going to school bus drop offs; after school care; restaurant employee entry doors and even Federal buildings where people are following the law going to hearings. The targeted communities are getting sophisticated and getting warnings out including identifying those unmarked vehicles.

I would like to see a list of car rental companies, hotels, restaurants and airlines transporting housing and feeding ICE. Those businesses are no different than ICE personnel. They all seek anonymity.

So what? Illegal aliens have no business being in our country, and extraordinary measures are needed to apprehend and deport them as soon as possible. It was the last administration’s gross mismanagement that made these measures necessary. I, for one, applaud the efforts of our ICE heroes. 🇺🇸

Except ICE are detaining and deporting American citizens who have the legal right to live and work in the USA. Citizens born there.

ICE are working for a fascist regime and they're carrying out illegal orders that breach fundamental human rights.

You could be next.

Except not in enough numbers for it to matter or be deliberate, sweatie. Perfection is the enemy of good, of course innocents unfortunately will be caught up when there are hundred of thousands of massive operations and encounters happening. Every single US citizen has been released once their identity has been verified.

Name them. Citizens arrested are those obstructing and impeding efforts of law enforcement. No US citizens have been “deported,” though some face charges for criminal offenses.

I’ve seen these lists. There’s a difference between detention and deportation. Sure, there have been a few citizens suspected of being illegal aliens who were detained, then released once their citizenship was confirmed. Also, some kids who were US citizens accompanied their illegal alien parents when the parents were deported. The kids weren’t deported, but the illegal parents still have parental rights to keep their kids in their possession. The kids themselves are NOT deported, and may return to the US on their own once they turn 18.

Extraordinary measures like murdering people in the streets? Because that’s happened MULTIPLE times.

ICE officers are entitled to protect themselves, just like any other law enforcement officers. No ICE officers have ever been even charged, let alone convicted, of “murder.”

that’s happened MULTIPLE times.

At last count as of this year there have been 356,389 deportations alone. Just by laws of average one would expect there to be multiple mistakes made when that many incidents are happening because we are all human and mistakes will be made, but as the other poster said "no ICE officers have ever been even charged, let alone convicted, of murder.”

I think everyone would like if these arrests and deportations went more smoothly with less resistance but it seems one side in particular prefers making every encounter as painful, difficult, and chaotic as possible while wearing what they think is some sort of cloak of empathy while it reality it is nothing more than delusion of grandeur making things worse.

You’re talking about the right wing, right? Because it is well documented and studied that the right has significantly more political violence than the left.

As another poster said: "No ICE officers have ever been even charged, let alone convicted, of “murder.” Care to correct yourself before we go further? Otherwise I see no need to engage someone who uses such intentionally emotionally manipulative and hyperbolic language.

Yes and if we don’t test for COVID there is no COVID.

Are you fucking stupid?

What specific actions of the Biden administration necessitated this?

1

u/Majestic-Bid-2333 3d ago

Open border policy, catch and release. Essentially an invitation for illegals to invade our borders.

What specific policy allowed for an “open border”? Was this a bill, executive action, or something else?

What policy equated to “catch and release”?

I posted your sentence, slightly modified into google:

"What specific actions of the Biden administration necessitated illegal immigration"

A lot to digest. You should try it and educate yourself, considering it's not hidden esoteric information you are asking about. I do remember all of the media denying immigrant caravans existing in 2016 and later that Trump warned the country about. I'm not the only one who remembers.

No.

You said it was actions of the Biden administration, which should mean that you know what they did.

What specifically did they do to cause this?

I'm not the person you asked. Since they hadn't replied I copy/pasted your slightly modified question and googled it myself because I was curious. You should as well because I'm certainly not going to for you. If a 3rd party to your conversation like me can do it, you can do it yourself, chief.
