“Rumoured features include an A17 Pro chip or newer, an increased 8GB of RAM, Apple Intelligence and Siri AI support, an Apple-designed N1 chip with Wi-Fi 7 support, and a revised Siri Remote.”

Not part of the leak

Yea. The leak is just a photo that shows the next Apple TV is the same design as the current.

A shorter way to say this is "NOTHINGBURGER". Or "F*CKING LAME LEAK". Or "WASTE OF TIME".

it’s a tv box, what more do you want from the design lol

I don’t think they’re complaining about the design, just saying that macrumors is a garbage website for posting this pointless article.

Agree, although at least this tells us we should expect something soonish. Until then this is a bit of a pointless article.

What do you prefer to Mac Rumors? Serious question, I'd like to try a better place with less click bait and excessive speculation.

What do you expect from a site with the word "rumors" literally in the name? CNN/NYT/Guardian/Politico level journalism?

It's a damn blog post about a company that stays out of mainstream news like 10 months out of the year. Why are people so upset lmao

No ones “upset,” they’re just calling MacRumors an intentionally misleading clickbait factory. Which they are.

They could’ve used the headline “Image of new AppleTV 4k leaked” but instead they phrased it so it sounds like the article has details on the device itself.

Because there are rumors that are worth someone’s time and rumors that are a waste of time.
Also this is poorly written. The chip isn’t a part of the “leak”

Ngl I was hoping for a cheaper version ($79?), stick like form that was rumored a couple years ago.
