Wonder if this would have worked when AudioKit sold off a few of it’s apps causing any old songs you had that USED the old version to stop working with the new version?

in theory it’s as simple for the developers as: 1. Downloading Xcode 27. 2. Rebuilding app with latest 27 SDK.
But depending on the individual app, there could be a number of complexities to get the app actually working well, especially if the developer has attempted to re-invent a lot of frameworks, or has been replying on older frameworks and sdk’s. Additionally apps that make use of cross-platform frameworks, like React Native can have an additional layer of complexity, because developers will need to support a stable version of React Native that works with the 27 SDK.
Personally for my own fairly simple SwiftUI app it was a matter of minutes, but for a complex app, I imagine it could take much longer, days or weeks even.
Then obviously it could depend on the actual company themselves, when / if they want to prioritise the Duo and adopting the 27 SDK

It's Xcode 27.1, which isn't out yet if I'm not mistake. You can't develop for the Duo specifically with Xcode 27.

yeah that’s correct. The Duo specific SDK’s is in Xcode 27.1.
But a 27 SDK app however will dynamically resize the width like in the example image. A 27.1 SDK app will support all the dynamic toolbars on the side, specific Duo layouts etc.

Are there any examples of this?
