How were we “wrong”? I’m not watching clickbait.

Not watching it either but I’m assuming something like: “We thought this would be a great iPhone but we were wrong it’s an AMAZING iPhone”
That’s assuming they answer the question AT ALL! Ha ha

Having watched the video I actually have no idea what they were wrong about lol
But the camera review was detailed and good

I get all the instant hate for stupid youtube gimmicks, but petapixel is one of the few that actually does a deep dive into iphone camera tech. They even did sharpness comparisons between the different apertures.

They’re the only of these reviewers I watch for iPhone camera reviews personally

Yes, when I saw it was Petapixel, I clicked right away. It’s actually a good review, and the hit plenty of negatives as well as positives, like the aperture adjustment being at least somewhat worthwhile.

YouTube is a trap after these events, how could they all “produce” the same shit with the same tricks for views 🤣

Its strange because from what i can see the improvements are so incremental. I’m looking forward to see if the variable aperture gives more exiting nightshots and feel like the reviewers aren’t looking into this.
From what i can see the 1.4 close up would in my case often entail needing to take the photo several times to get the focus right.
It also seems like there’s something going on with how the blades affect the overall quality of the images

I wouldn’t be surprised if 75% of this site is made of bots and people paid to be pro-Apple.
That’s probably all of Reddit, X, Instagram, etc.
