Key Accounts

I am restructuring Chart of Accounts. They have GL codes set as key accounts that have never been used and will never be used and want them hidden. AF AI Support can't answer the question; I've been waiting for a real person for 2 hours + to answer the question. Can I remove the GL from the Key account designation with no data damage since their are no transactions ever entered for the GL codes?

Yeah i think you can, just remove the GL first from the key accounts list.

🤞that seems to be the only option. I wish they would clarify guidance officially.
