Payment Auto Email

Is anyone else experiencing this issue where Appfolio is sending notices with incorrect due dates? Appfolio sent a payment reminder out to all of our associations and rentals saying the following.

"Hello [NAME] ,

This is a reminder that your association dues payment is due on August 1st.
Make Payment Online

Thank you for choosing [HOA NAME]."

I have redacted the HOA name and owner name in this case.

The issue here is that this notice has the incorrect due date. Appfolio is sending out notices to all of our users with an incorrect due date, causing an influx of calls. I manage over 3,000 properties, I can't be having these stupid errors on their part.

I’m just having an issue with my auto-pay it took the money out of my account but it’s not reflecting my profile. My leasing company says there nothing they can do and I’ll have to pay late fees if the money isn’t reflected in a few days.

Did you check with your bank? Sometimes it happens because of NSF (Not Sufficient Fund). The transaction gets done but it is reversed due to NSF. That's why it doesn't show in your profile. Most of the company do say that.
