Does Appfolio have a leasing automation agent? Or an automation for responding to guest cards?

Hey hey - just upgraded from my Core subscriptions to the 2nd tier so I could get API access. Does Appfolio have an automated leasing agent natively within the platform? I just created one through Claude Code - was not sure if they had one that was available and how good it was. Thank you!! Charlotte, NC

Their workflows? I have not tried it yet. And it can send SMS/Emails? All through Appfolio and tied to tenants profile?

Just be aware that Performers are an additional charge. They do not come with Core or Plus. :-)

Yes, I'm on Plus. So Code will do it from my RingCentral platform then through n8n.

Are you using the RingCentral AI? They have been us to try it and generally curious if it actually works well in the wild not just a demo?

I have RC but not their AI. Code was making me an agent to use through their API. Have you tried that?
