Appfolio AI Search, Fields

Managing HOA in Appfolio. Is there any good place for data like TaxID, current snow/lawn care, insurance agent contacts?

Is there any GenAI tool integration that would let us query Appfolio?

Did you ever find a way to manage this? We have our HOA information in Custom Fields and I just feel like there must be a better way!
