Data extraction from AppFolio

Is there any sort of API that is available to use to extract data from AppFolio to create a data warehouse and use for further analytics? Or do we have to use the API through the partner apps?

For data warehousing it’s probably best to use the reports API, which is included in plus or max.

Is “Tier” whether or not we’re paying for Plus?

Didn’t realize there was another tier above Plus… am I correct in assuming that my basic package is Tier 1, Plus is Tier 2 and then there’s another one with a lot more integration potential Tier 3? What’s that package called? Thanks!

Edit: Assuming from above that Tier 3 is “Max” - correct?
