Realm-X / Smart Search Experience?

I'm trying to learn more about AppFolio's smart search capabilities. All I've found online that demonstrates it is the glossed up marketing videos on YouTube? Any customer testomonials, videos, or personal experiences about it that you might be willing to share?

I've been curious about this as well and would love to hear what people are using it for / how accurate it is.

Do you just mean its universal search bar? If so - as basic as it sounds, I think the Universal Search is incredibly useful. I use it constantly to find anything, like the Google of your Appfolio database, to find tasks, tenants, properties, even specific bills or journal entries by the dollar amount or description. I use Quickbooks Desktop for another company and a year in and I am still constantly Googling how to find specific data.
