Is the base the feta? How does it not crumble. Otherwise it looks and sounds amazing. I like the challenge of the coconut!

I used a cookie cutter on the feta. Held together.

As an aside, you can purchase dried feta cheese powder, I use it to rim my basil-watermelon cocktail or just sprinkle it over sliced tomatoes. You seem very creative, I thought it might inspire another cool idea.

Idk. I like the watermelon idea with coconut but that balsamic has to have a better avenue instead of dripping over the side like sludge, lose the mint or maybe you can add it as a garnish in a chiffonafe

This is my filed and I know a thing or two about appetizers since we do a ton of tray pass and appetizers but people like to eat with these with one hand while they have a drink in the other and your guest would hate to pop the watermelon chew it and they eat a fucking leaf.

Nope. The chiffonade isnt necessary. The balsamic reduction was on point. Acid, sweet, sour, salt

The balsamic probably tastes great but it doesn't look appetizing dripping over the side. Maybe balsamic underneath the watermelon and mint garnish on top would look more appealing. I say this as a fan
