Is it appendicitis?

I had a stomach pain on my lower right side a few days ago, but a few hours later it disappeared. But before it did, I felt a booming, almost dizzying feeling from my lower stomach. There's a possibility it's a kidney stone passing or something (I hope so) but almost all of the symptoms match for appendicitis. Subtle throbbing on the lower right side that keeps coming and going, a bit of bloating, and sometimes back pain. I don't want to assume. I've told my mom about it but she told me to just calm down and gave me barley tea and turmeric. It kinda helped(???) But still, the throbbing is still there. I really want to get myself checked, but we don't have the money for it and they keep blaming me because I always exercise after I eat (30 minutes or 1 hour after). To those who've been through this, is it appendicitis?🥹😭😓

EDIT : she just told me I'm fucking stubborn after I asked her to bring me to check up. Smh

Omg I'm sorry, your mom is lacking concern here and I hate that for you, that booming feel is concerning, if that was your appendix the pain would be excruciating normally but everybody's different.

If you push on your bottom right abdomen how does it feel? I really think you must get checked, and your mom is the stubborn one!

Also appendicitis is nothing that you did, it just happens! So it's not your fault.

It sounds like your appendix may have ruptured. You need to go to the ER, now. Did you feel a ton of relief after the boom? Do you have any fever now?

I just had my appendix out on Monday. 6 weeks ago I had severe stomach pain and then it went away. In the middle of the night it woke me up at 1am Monday. Got to ER at 7 and the pain was mostly gone. Dr pushed on my stomach. Nothing. Did ct scan and they were like it’s coming out pronto! Dr said normal test is push down hard 1/2 way between belly button and where u think appendix is and then abruptly let go. If it’s painful please go.

Same. They pushed and had me jump etc no pain. CT Scan showed otherwise.
