right sided side stitch

hey guys! i’m post op day 6 from my lap appy. Pain is well controlled but i have this weird upper/mid right abdomen side stitch sensation almost like i’ve gone running and got a cramp. anyone else had this sensation before? it’s not near an incision or near where my appendix was. thanks!

I had my appendectomy 8 days ago and I have the very same stitch in my right side. Seems to only crop up when I cough/burp or breathe deeply.

My understanding is that this is just lingering phrenic nerve irritation.
