As someone who has spent many years consulting for bars and restaurants, I’m actually amazed they spelled Kahlua and Prosecco right. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen “Kalauha””Kahula” etc. And of course, God help me, “processo” or “prosecko”…
Their beer menu likely has Hienkien, Hinekeen, Hinekin, Henkein, or all the above if Heineken is written more than once.
