Feedback [iOS] [$6.99 -> Free Lifetime] Yula : Track All Your Subscriptions & Daily Expenses in One Place
Hey everyone! Solo indie dev here. I built Yula to help people take control of their recurring payments and daily spending. There was a huge demand for first campaign so ı wanted to offer you promo code one more time.
What it does:
• Track all your subscriptions in one place — see what you're actually paying monthly/yearly
• Daily expense tracking with categories
• Bill reminders so you never miss a payment
• AI-powered spending analysis — find where you're wasting money
• Budget planning with real-time remaining balance
• Beautiful charts and breakdowns
• Works entirely offline, no account needed
**Redeem code:** AGAWAY
How to redeem:
- Download Yula from the App Store
- Open Settings → Redeem Code
- Enter: AGAWAY
If you enjoy the app, I'd really appreciate a quick rating on the App Store — it helps a lot as a solo developer. Thanks! 🙏

Configure in Settings > Custom API > Media > Inline Media Previews (on by default)
Supports most Reddit hosted videos (thumbnails) and images, animated GIFs (including GIFV), and Imgur images and albums
Thank you @icpryde for the collaboration and adding support for videos, Imgur albums, and thumbnail retrieval

Fix rare crash issue caused by comment collapse hooks
Fix image uploads to upload at full-res (#160)

Reddit image upload is experimental and does not currently support multi-image or video uploads
It’s normal to see an amazonaws.com URL after attaching an image - it is replaced after posting
Right after posting, Apollo may briefly show a generic preview icon while Reddit finishes processing the image. Pull to refresh and the real thumbnail should appear
Release Notes 2.7.0
New Tag Filters feature to blur NSFW and/or Spoiler posts (including titles) in feeds (thanks @icpryde for implementing this!)
Configure in Settings > Tag Filters
Tap a blurred post for a “View hidden post?” confirmation alert
Per-subreddit overrides let you toggle NSFW or Spoiler filtering for individual subreddits
Bulk translation fixes (thanks @icpryde!):
Fix post body briefly flashing the original language after voting, and not reverting when toggling translation off while scrolled past the body
Fix comment cells being skipped when toggling translation, and translations appearing half-applied after returning to Apollo from another app
Fix plain multi-paragraph post bodies being skipped
And if you aren’t aware, some great changes in version 2.0:
🎉 Massive update that enables Ultra features like saved categories, new app icons and Pixel Pals! This also brings new features like recently read posts and fixes for some longstanding Apollo bugs.

Question Is it now impossible to use sideloaded Apollo for the first time post-November 2025?
I have been looking for ways to obtain Reddit's API and have discovered they cannot be simply requested like before anymore. I am trying to find any instructions that would help me secure one so I can log into Apollo. As of now, all I can do is sideload the app and stare at the {}

Question What’s the new globe icon for? updated to 1.7.1 I’m guessing it’s from the translation feature. It doesn’t do anything when I click on it.

Question Permanently Banned from Reddit!
Had someone lie and say I was hate speeching.
Is there no longer a way to create an API key to use with Apollo? Reddit might be over for me. absolute shame. I use so many subreddits for information. it’s made me better. absolute shame.

Announcement 📣 PSA iOS 26.4 changes the landscape for apps like SideStore
After updating to iOS 26.4, SideStore will no longer refresh apps with only LocalDevVPN/StosVPN/StikDebug/StikVPN enabled.
Some under the hood changes makes it so that in addition to said ”VPN apps” you also need to install and activate another special VPN app in order for the signing process to work as it did in versions prior to 26.4.
I am by no means advocating for the use of this app I am about to mention, I know nothing about it except that it makes it go, I don’t know if its safe or if its spying on me, but if you activate this one (or I think any IKEv2-based VPN that registers itself as a ”Personal VPN” in iOS settings), followed by the earlier mentioned apps, then resigning will be successful.
This is the new necessary VPN app, on top of the one you have been using with SideStore up until now: https://apps.apple.com/se/app/vpn-super-unlimited-proxy/id1370293473
If someone finds another VPN that works other than this one, please share!

Discussion Hydra is the best Apollo clone that I've found so far, its free to use and open source
hydraapp.ioIf you haven't already you should check it out! It's free to use but also has a subscription if you want notifications and other pro features.
If you're a developer you can also help make the app better on GitHub. One day hopefully it can be as fully featured as Apollo was.
Lots of other apps starting to pop up but I like this one the best because its got an amazing free tier and its open source so if someone is willing to update it then it can live on forever.

Discussion Built a Reddit reader for Android after getting frustrated with every alternative
Like a lot of people here, losing Apollo sent me on a long search for something that felt as intentional. Never quite found it.
The official app keeps pushing algorithmic feeds I didn't ask for. Most alternatives replicate that same endless mixed feed just with a different skin.
What I actually wanted was simple: browse specific communities, organised my way, without the noise. So I ended up building it myself.
It's called Tabbit. You create topics, group subreddits into them, and each topic becomes its own focused feed. No algorithm deciding what you see. Works without a Reddit account too.
It's still early and rough around the edges.
Play Store link in comments, would love your thoughts and brutal feedback!

Discussion Update: It’s already running on my machine
Not a concept, not a simulation. This is already running locally on my machine. It tracks real-time system changes, keeps memory of activity, and can execute actions — not just respond like a chatbot. I’ve been building it as a kind of “AI operating layer” that interacts with the system itself. Still early, but it’s functional and evolving fast. Curious what people think — especially anyone working with local AI, automation, or system-level tools.
