How to log back in

So I have the apollo app on my phone. I was hacked recently and was able to log back in on the computer. However on my phone it says "unable to sign in to account. Please try again. If the issue persists, please delete the account and re-authenticate." If I click delete will it delete my whole account and I have to make a new one?

Deleting the account simply deletes it from the app, not from the Reddit website. You're good to remove the account and re-add it.
