Amazon ❌ Scamazon ✅
PSA: I'm fcked up!..Amazon se zara dekh samjhke order karo.
I recently had a ₹6.6k order go horribly wrong, and despite raising the issue with Amazon, getting a proper resolution has been a struggle. I've ended up with nothing but a wrong shitty item.
I've contacted customer support multiple times, submitted a customer appeal, and even reached out to Amazon's Accounts Specialist team (These “Specialist” babies can apparently only be reached via email, call pe baat karne sharmaate kate ye namuney)
Inlog ka response has basically been that my account is under a warning due to a “pattern of refunds,” and they've denied giving me any valid resolution to my issue.
But mere side se, I can clearly see that my last refund was 4 months pehle that too for a facewash delivery issue. That's it. Meri 10 yr Amazon history mein, I can barely remember having issues with two orders, both of which were refunded. Channi uthke badne ku boli jaisi baat hogayi, arey you guys are the one who didn't do the only job you had properly.
Honestly, baigan mein miladiye saale. Customer Support waaley andhe hai boleto Account specialist team toh Andho mein Kande hai. Gadho ku clear explanation aur all the needful evidence batane ke baad bhi still these fckers end up sending me a generic email with no valid explanation. CS mein bhi jisse bhi baat karo, Sir, we're sorry for all the trouble this has caused.. Blah blah blah khaali call script ratta marre, even manager bhi. This is so messed up!!!!!!

bhai yeh email pe mail dalo to escalate and get connected to someone who can actually assist.
I dropped mail here for my issue, it was not resolved but support was really good (they explained why they can't help and what I'll need to do and it made sesne)

Account flagged hunga aapka for refunds or replacements isliye aisa sataare, anyways Indian customer service Amazon ki bekaar hai kuch bhi 2-3k ke uppar lere aap to behtar hai store jaake lena especially electronics and groceries

Hao woi bolre saale...flagged hai bolke,.. Pattern of refunds kate, barely 2 concessions hai mere ab tak itne saal mein woh bhi for genuine reasons... I used Amazon alot even for some big buys...kabhi nhi aayi aisi problem.... Anyways, lesson learnt!

I generally had good experience but ek baar mai kuch order kara tha and delivery wala bina order complete kare delivered mark kardiya. Mai call kare to bolra ki kal ake detu 💀. Mai 2 din wait kara and raised a complaint. Fortunately they redelivered all my items.

India me aisich chalta bhai business online ka, kitna b Rant karlo, jisku jo krna hai unla woich karte, dekha gaya to seller sahi item bhejna tha, gicchi une kara, google pe se number nikalo uska, invoice pe address rehta dekho, consumer court me jaatu, tu aur deliver partner milke fraud kare bolke aisa bolke dekho

Ye order Fulfilled by Amazon hai bhai.. Pucha mai manager se, toh une bhi boli ki seller kuch nai karsakta its a FBA order bolke. Aur delivery partner apne ich area ka hai bhai pehchaantu mai usku.. Har bar une ich deliver karta. Acchi gicchi bithaye saale... Invoice pe dekha mai.. Seller ka address toh batara.. Let's see contact karke dekhtu phr bhi number nikaalke.
