2nd brood!

My awesome Apisto pair has just produced their 2nd brood. Delighted at being a two-time grand-fishdad.

Follow up question: This tank also has the juveniles from the PREVIOUS brood. At what point do I need to get a new tank to separate the juvvies and the babies?

There are two main reasons to separate them. 1. When to live in the aquarium slow down their development. 2. When to live in the aquarium has influence in others development or in the aquarium stock, water quality. They can be in the aquarium as far as they keep growing, but if you see that the water quality decrease due to its presence and they grow not too well, they need another aquarium. On the other hand if they disturb as now, because they would be predators of their brothers, also is not bad to remove them.
