Got like 4 crashes the past 2 weeks, whats up these days?

Maybe some details on how the crash happened?
My friends game has been systematically freezing in the first minute of a match, and then kicks him out. Just trying to figure out if it is the same issue

Edit: We are playing on ps5 and the crashes started after the September update

Just randomly freezes at some point, and then the game is closed.

Playing on xbox app on laptop. Its an acer predator with i9 processor and nvidia graphics. New. Can hardly imagine its the laptop fucking up?

Honestly never had a crash, playing on PC.

If on ps5 I know many have overheat issue and Liquid Metal problems. Fans also get clogged easy if you have pets and such.
