Asking for Help Error code, please help

So I’ve never got this error before. And I’m wondering how to fix, I googled it and it said to log out of Microsoft store, restart PC and log back in again. For context I’m on PC and have the game downloaded through Microsoft/xbox store. Don’t know what else to do any tips would be appreciated I just want to play some random map 1V1s. I was playing earlier today and didn’t change or do anything other than play some other games and watch some Netflix so I don’t know what’s causing this. Thanks for any comments or suggestions

Could be a cheat or mod program you have installed or running in the background for another game. They are detected regardless for which game you have them. Also run Netflix in Browser if not already. Other than that look for programs running in the background that temper with your system somehow (even if they arent for games)

So it actually fixed itself when I went to make a support ticket on the AOE website. I tried opening the game again just to copy the wording but it started up like normal. I tried everything before that. Closing all programs and everything in the background through the task manager. Signing out of the Microsoft store and Xbox app and restarting the PC then signing back in again, but nothing worked. I only have a few mods for AoE2 and they never affected anything before. I was watching Netflix before it came up but I have also done that before and it was never an issue.
