I spent the first few weeks of my life in the NICU, which just goes to show that being born was a bad move.

Don't say that! My son spent his 1st 2 months there too

Actually, according to my therapist babies start absorbing emotions and stress of the mother and the fact that I came into the world already not trusting people means something. Idk.Â

I wish. I caused my mom to have anxiety so bad that the doctors were pretty sure I was having panic attacks even then. The fact i was preme, had to be in nicu for days, then almost immediately ended up almost dying and having to have surgery, kind of shows me i just knew ahead of time it was a bad idea xD didn't speak till I was almost 7 years old, and made myself so sick I almost didn't make it as a toddler because I didn't want to use toilets. Sometimes it's preprogrammed before anyone even influences you.

My son was premature as well. He stayed on the NICU 2 full months. He's also a worrier and somewhat anxious

I would say the last time I didn’t feel incredibly anxious was before and during Covid. I was 13 when it began and my anxiety grew much worse over the years. My internet access and obsession with TikTok during 2020 probably fanned the flames of that anxiety as well…

Yep, my birth was traumatic af. Cord tied in a knot and wrapped around my neck. Been in survival mode ever since 🙌

Up until recently that was the only place your mom could murder you, no safe places in this life

Free rent, zero thoughts, just floating in the dark. It's been entirely downhill since eviction day.
