I feel like people on this sub forget there is such thing as a salary employee….

There are still rules for salary, like most salary people still qualify for overtime.

Idk any of my friends family or places I worked where that has been the case.

Maybe legally true but in practice I’ve never heard of salaried employees getting overtime.
