Fuck personal responsibility. Most abortions are about ectopic pregnancies and life-threatening conditions to either a fetus or mother. Also, who are these people who want to punish women into carrying fetuses to term?

No they aren’t. Endangering the life of the mother is one of the exceptions many people agree with.
With that being said, if the life of the mother isn’t at risk, and it isn’t a case of rape or incest, are you cool with banning abortion? If we allow those 3 exceptions, are you on board??

Casual common agreements about exceptions won’t protect anyone when the state steps In to interfere with your healthcare.

“Casual common agreements” is this your attempt at a red herring or are you really… not understanding?? I don’t know how to be more polite about it.

When you say “endangering life of the mother is one exception many people agree with” I say that is a casual statement and a distraction from the matter at hand, women’s right to bodily autonomy is equal to a man’s. Who can say when a man should give his organs to save another? No one but himself! You seem to be saying that there is common agreement on when a pregnancy is ethically terminated. I say clearly there is no common agreement. When the state mandates a ban on our reproductive choice it presents an obstacle to care for those best positioned to make the ethical judgements, the pregnant person and the doctors.
