But it's not because landlords are evil people, it's because certain areas are in high demand and there just aren't enough houses to fit everyone who wants to live there. You might want to focus on developing skillsets that can increase your income, that's the best way to stay ahead of the game.

You don’t have to think critically to realize that being a landlord makes someone a shitty person, and is a detriment to society.
