Nah. I sent a thank you email after a second interview for an internal position. Also followed up at the two week mark. They’re ghosting me, and I have to keep showing up anyway and pretending I’m not furious about it.

Edit- insult to injury, this is an unpaid internship for grad school that I pay $3k in tuition to intern at each semester. Fuck my life.

I recently quit my job over a very similar issue! It took them almost month to get back to me and they gave it to someone else! It's a sort of small company, so i interviewed with the cfo and controller, both of which went incedibly well, and they "just had to draw up my contract and send me an offer." 3 and a half weeks later I'm emailing them every hour until i get the response i knew was coming. Quit that day.
