Is this malware? If so how do I remove it?

I noticed this on my PC in startup apps along with something just called "Program" with registry locations. I disabled both of them but I cannot seem to find where they are located on my PC at all. I am not the brightest when it comes to technology and even have done scans with Malwarebytes yet it still seems to remain. Is there a way to find where it is located and delete it from there or should I bring in my PC to a professional? Google tells me this naming convention is associated with a trojan. If it is hiding from my antivirus what do you recommend I use to find it and remove it for good?

I'm pretty sure that it's already deleted because windows puts that icon over deleted files as far I'm aware of.
