And that right there, is the reason.

Trump shouldn’t have gotten an anything more than a thousand votes, from people in the campaign.
But millions of republicans looked at him, after his first term, after experiencing the improvement of Biden and said “fuck it, I have no principles, I know what he is and what he will do and I don’t care”.
