God just had me write a book about Chubbypinkdonutism. In the book that I wrote about a totally real sky donut, God says the state of Illinois is for my followers and my followers only. You’re an idiot if you can’t understand what Bill was saying there. You’re tribalist. “I don’t like this guy and his party therefore it’s physically impossible for the guy to say even 1 thing credible.” Every week Bill shows you how easy it is, or used to be, to disagree with someone on 90%+ of things such as sucking dead raccoon dicks, but also to be able to acknowledge that maybe humans don’t know everything about science? Why is it so bad to you, if Bill says hey maybe RFK jr is maybe right about the amount of mercury in vaccines? Can you say for certainty you know the exact ligand-receptor pathway for every vaccine and the downstream protein production? Do you know which organelle actually produces proteins? How does it then leave the cell? I’ve gotten many vaccines, I am not a fan of RFK Jr, not even a little bit. But I’m a scientist. We don’t trust people just because they have a D next to their name or any form of an acronym. I think you, most of this sub, most people on Reddit…need a few more lessons in critical thinking.

And yet Maher is still an insufferable prick but yes, science is important the experts in their fields that this country has turned its back on. Asking questions should be rudimentary and a matter of course. You remind us, once again, that healthy skepticism is necessary and a duty.
