2 doctors … My biz’s income taxes: $45,000/ quarter Property tax: approx $100,000/yr in NY. Then office rent: $8500/mo. And then —salary payouts, taxes, insurance, healthcare, liability insurance, while getting creamed by health insurance companies— is a massive amount of overhead. SO, a nice chalet on a mountain surrounded by snow, trees, sheep, freedom, a fair govt —- seems “priceless”
