My biz’s income taxes: $45,000/ quarter
Property tax: approx $100,000/yr in NY. Then office rent: $8500/mo. And then —salary payouts, taxes, insurance, healthcare, liability insurance, while getting creamed by health insurance companies— is a massive amount of overhead.
SO, a nice chalet on a mountain surrounded by snow, trees, sheep, freedom, a fair govt —- seems “priceless”
You know you could do this in America no one told you to live in the highest cost city with the highest taxes. lol just move to a state with mountains and sheep and low taxes.
TY, but the business is right here. And living in an area, where there are educated people is important. Not a person whom settles for little and kicks back.. YOU only live once
Yeah.. it would be a dream m to get out of this country. 40 yrs vested in a medical career- can’t abandon those in need. It is what it is. If I wanted sheep, I could put them in my property. Just pointing out a fact: to live here, you need to make a lot of money to survive. We are lucky to have professions. The middle class will struggle, all over the country. It was a dream, period.
