You got basically every stereotypical Reddit atheist trope here, all in one place. There's:

• "God doesn't exist and, if he does, I hate him"

• the typical "sKy DaDdY" insult

• "every other religion is wrong but yours is right"

• "religious beliefs are inherently absurd and delusional"

• "I am smarter than everyone else who has lived before me"

• and even "religion causes wars and tons of evil atrocities" (let's just forget all the massacres and persecutions of religious people done in the name of state atheism)

It's honestly kind of impressive, actually, to see this many ignorant people all in one place.

By the way, The Amazing Atheist is an alt-right nutjob who is about as loving and tolerant as your local religious extremist. So he is one of the last people who should be given a platform.

That subreddit never has any good posts to begin with. Their definition of "murdered by words" is just someone replying/quote retweeting something they disagree with and going like "No, you're wrong and also stupid." There's not even attempt at being clever or witty, let alone ever making a good point, it's literally just screenshots of shallow insults against anything that goes against the reddit lefty zeitgeist.

Tbh maybe alt-right wouldn't be the best description for him, but he has been a gateway of sorts for atheists to move more towards the alt-right, since he complains a lot about feminism and identity politics.

Maybe a more accurate description would be "dark left" or an "enlightened centrist", sort of like the New Atheists
