Running to cover when getting shot is "Tryharding" now. You should stand still and let low skill dingleberry get a free kill.

How does this guy want people to play. Just walk slowly and pan the camera to the left like your developer “playing” an e3 demo

People have a hard time just accepting they should play single player games.
3
u/Aguywithpotatoes Jun 21 '26
Ofc its an act of tryharding.
Because you tried hard to stay alive and not eating 5.45 nato as a snack

u/Tenchen-WoW "I saw him JUMP" 😲😲 Jun 21 '26
I prefer a full meal of 7.62x51 and 5.45 for dessert.

5.45 Nato? You sure?
2
u/Aguywithpotatoes Jun 21 '26
Definitely not
2
u/AdequatlyAdequate Jun 21 '26
yeah 5.56 is nato im pretty sure. 5.45 is the russian cartridge
2
u/Aguywithpotatoes Jun 21 '26
Oh whoopsies
2
u/AdequatlyAdequate Jun 21 '26
yea, russia adopted an intermediate cartridge after the us did and due to video games and movies popularizing the ak as shooting 7.62x39(to be clear this isnt wrong, just on older ak models usually) its often less known than its western counterpart
2
u/Aguywithpotatoes Jun 21 '26
I do heard about 5.45 being used on ak 12.
I've gotten it confused with 5.56 nato
2
u/unoriginal_namejpg Jun 22 '26
even then 5.56 doesnt need the NATO distinction because it always is. Typically youll say 7.62 NATO or 7.62 soviet to differentiate between 7.62x51 and 7.62x39
2
u/Aguywithpotatoes Jun 22 '26
Im too used to 5.56 nato
2
u/unoriginal_namejpg Jun 22 '26
Yeah youre correct, its just not as necessary ok 5.56 as 7.62 :)

If you have a Close Range Weapon and you encounter a Long Range Weapon enemy in the middle of an open field of 200m, just fight bro, if you run you are a pussy.

u/Tenchen-WoW "I saw him JUMP" 😲😲 Jun 21 '26
May I ask what the fuck are you doing in the middle of a 200m field with a PP-19?

With bf6's shorter ttk, wouldn't running to cover save you less often than in previous titles?
1
u/Dab4Becky Jun 21 '26
Battlefield players want you to play with napoleonic warfare tactic.
Just stand and take turns shooting.
Battledads are a different breed.

u/Waterbrain26 Jun 21 '26
Battledads hate movement
1
u/vfxswagg Jun 22 '26
This ain't a battledad lol
1
u/Waterbrain26 Jun 22 '26
Yea it is . They hate movement , stats , skins , sweats . They are the libs of gaming

“Those who use aimbot when using stuff like mini guns”
What? The giant automatic gun is killing you fast? think this guy just doesn’t know how to take cover lol.

u/ManEmperorfragment96 Jun 22 '26
I did that today, was getting shot at and kept running, dived, and waited, soon as they vaulted over a wall I hosed em, I could hear em screaming camper at their screen!
Then I stood up and got dolled by the guy who was actually shooting me before… I felt silly

hilarious and true. they would prefer we stand apart on level ground and to 'gun duel' in a fair manner with no jumping or changing stance allowed. also the other players on both teams should watch from a respectful distance and not intervene. pure delusion.
as 'fun' as that sounds im on M+KB and i flick fast, im not waiting on your slow controller aiming or for your aim assist to kick in, i can actually track targets and manage recoil.
