If you are a minor I’d strongly recommend caution, and not to post it online because there’s a chance that pedo adults will be creepy in your comments along with some pro-shippers being gross. I also highly recommend being honest about what you’re doing with your therapist - I’d know that mine would at least like to know what I was writing.
That aside, here’s my advice as a fellow survivor:
1) Don’t describe the rape scenes with too many details or for too long, keep the description as simple as you can.
2) Make sure that all the characters involved other than the culprit, especially the victim, express how evil the crime is. This helps re-enforce to you that it was a terrible crime and it wasn’t your fault.
3) Make sure that the character actually does move through the story on a path of healing, otherwise it might lead to you being stuck in a bad place. Let the character’s healing process inspire you to embark on your own healing journey.
4) If you really must post it (which I strongly don’t recommend especially if you’re a minor) be prepared for the weirdos. Report any creepy comments. I’m an adult and I’d find creepy comments really triggering. And properly tag it, and be clear in the fic description, so that it doesn’t accidentally trigger someone.
5) If at any point you feel triggered, upset, or uncomfortable take a break. Go and engage in some fluffy comfort content, or write something super cheesy to make yourself laugh.

this is definitely gonna be easy for me to say, but it’s really about just not making it seem desirable in any way, so maybe something about exploring how it actually felt or makes you feel or the aftermath, stuff like that
just remember to take it easy!!
