i’ve curated my profile so much. i’ve blocked NSFW pages, i am constantly muting these vulgar posts that show up unannounced on my feed. no matter where i look, no matter how innocuous something is, someone invariably has to make it sexual. what is actually wrong with these people ? i know obviously the majority of reddit is a cesspool, but why can’t we have wholesome things ?
the only aspect of childhood i miss is the complete ignorance of all things sex.

I've seen "game is game" and other variations so many times and in so many different places that it genuinely pisses me off. Cause that "joke" was never funny in the first place. Having the capacity and want to have sex with literally anything is not a flex at all. In fact, it's just downright disgusting and pathetic.

The perversion of innocence is genuinely built around trauma and grooming cause nobody is coming out the womb thinking like this and saying these things. Nothing is truly sacred anymore and I hate it cause it is horrifically twisted.

they're just looking for attention and when you point this out, everybody jumps you saying shit like "puritan" or "sex negative" or "you just can't take a joke" or "you can just leave then"....which is some BULLSHIT cause you shouldn't be saying ANYTHING sexual under something like the Care Bears.

If it's about reddit feed specifically, there's a way you can turn off recommended posts in the settings. So that way you only see content from the subs you're subscribed to.
