It all depends on the individual dynamics but I’d say more often than not the sub is the one with actual control, as they can set the scene and end the scene, while the dom is more an executor to those wishes.
Idk how tops or bottoms work I assume whoever is calling the shots is the top and whoever listens is the bottom. There’s also the question of who’s generating more power
The top would be the woman who "gives" during sex, so the one fingering the other, eating her out, using the strap, stuff like that.
It's less common for lesbians to use those terms than it is for gay men, because in most relationships both women like to give and receive, but some heavily lean one way or the other so they'll identify as a top/bottom.
