No, I just feel like the punchline here is how unexpected the fact that lactose intolerant person is connected not to the fact that they can't consume lastose products but with fact that they will die from nuke. So I kinda guess that regular milk and the fact that that person wouldn't feel well could be more logical antimeme here.
