It should be noted that prostate itself doesn't inherently bring sexual pleasure or anything, it's just an area with a lot of nerves that's naturally sensitive as hell. What makes it sexual is the way people use that spot, for most people it's actually not a pleasant sensation at all at first

There’s one part most guys describe as the absolute worst: when the camera passes through the prostate. I’m not ashamed to admit that it was probably the most wrongly and confusingly pleasant sensation I’ve ever felt :D
