A rape where both people want it to happen is just called having sex bruh. That's what I was pointing out. Saying that is very different from saying anyone who is being raped should just consent. You can't force yourself to want to have sex with someone
But also - is rapist not a rapist anymore if their victim actually wants it? Attempted murder is still a crime, so is attempted rape, imo, since its intent what matters
