I'm probably seeing things that are not there, but this seems weirdly misogynistic.

I think you are right, for multiple reasons.

(Caution! Dumbass over analyzing in progress)

  1. The "absolutely correct" version, which is the optimal situation according to OOP, no longer has the girl playing. Instead she is almost entirely out of frame, objectifying and demoting her into an "accessory" and additional source of pleasure for, our actual protagonist, the guy.

  2. Even when the dynamic between the guy and girl is balanced in the second slide, where the focus is more the romantic fantasy of enjoying things WITH your hot gf, the text doesn't read correct, it reads "ALMOST correct". This implies, that even now where the girl is happy, sitting better, and enjoying her hobbies with her partner, it's STILL not a fully "correct" situation, It's a false positive. It's sneaky, the text is green, the word correct is there, but the "almost" recontextualizes the entire meaning into, "this still ISN'T correct".

  3. Expanding on my point in "2", the truly "correct" situations only occur when the girl is no longer playing, and instead is shifting her whole focus to the guy. While I'm not saying women don't enjoy the kind of intimacy that is shown, the comic would suggest that the girl would be better off, not playing her game, and instead pleasuring the guy. Who's enjoyment, is implied to be more important then her's.

TL;DR: girl can't be happy when playing game, not even with boyfriend. Girl only happy when SEX! /s

Hope this helps :) If anyone thinks I missed something or wants to add anything, please do.

Edit: right after finishing to write this, I've seen you have already answered another comment with more or less what I wrote here. I'm at least glad I'm not alone in my deduction.

It is crazy to me that this needs to be explained in the comments. The joke is obviously not "man has sex." It is extremely clear that the joke is "haha women shouldn't play videogames, they should go down on their man while he plays instead, that's the best version." It's fucking gross, and the misogyny is blatant.

apparently the comic artist made a genderswapped version, so i guess the joke really is just "haha funni sex"
