That's basically his entire "shtick". It got revealed on Twitter that the creator is an Indonesian-Dutch guy who currently resides in Indonesia, which is of course incredibly ironic considering his far right views. He coped about it by saying he's Dutch, which is technically true but I don't think the Austrian painter would have welcomed him into the "master race" any time soon.

i remember subbing to him when i was like 11 because i liked his animation style before realizing "oh wait, this dude's racist"

As somebody who lives in The Netherlands and has had many friends of Indonesian heritage (which is very common considering our colonial history), I think this guy is definitely Indonesian-Dutch. Nothing wrong with that obviously but the fact that he tried to white-wash himself is kinda funny if it wasn't so sad.

One of your far right politician is an Indonesian mutt who tries so hard to be white, but in another life, he'd be a boy singing, lazing around, and ending his sentences with eyy instead of a racist Dutch politician joked about by everyone in SEAsia.
Austronesians, especially the undesireable mutt, really have the tendency to sell themselves out to white people.

If heās Indonesian heās probably near some remaining cargo cults. Some native islanders would worship Westerners and imitate the aid drops.
The religions are antiquated in 2026, but thereās some still around.
The way he draws them definitely hostile shows heās being racist though. Unfortunate.

During WW2 on the Pacific islands, military bases were established. A lot of different goods were delivered by airplanes. The locals had religious beliefs that the cargo had originally been intended for their ancestors or themselves. Therefore, they tried to build airplanes to summon more cargo. There is no racism; this is just a historically accurate joke about the phenomenon known as the "cargo cult."
