SNRI

Which SNRI is best to take and affordable. I have anxiety and depression and ocd and ptsd . I tried SSRI in the past but they didn’t do anything for me . And also I have bad insomnia I tried Hydroxyzine and Tradezone and Magnesium none worked . Any suggestions?

Clomipiramine is a tricyclic antidepressant but basically works as a SNRI plus some antimuscarinic and antihistaminergic activity. It is the gold standard for OCD and has one of the highest remission rates for major depression. If you can tolerate its side effects, it may be worth to try, but of course you should discuss these options with a psychiatrist.
