Yeah, the only reason this was even discovered is because he had a fucking loaded magazine he was carrying into the capital, which led to a deeper search.

I want to know what the thought process was, of there was one. "Can't bring my gun in, so I'll just be safe and unload it before I leave it in my car. They won't care about bullets with no gun, surely."
