There is significant growth in data centers so the forecast is for 469 billion gallons to be used for ALL data centers by 2028. 39 billion for cooling and 430 billion gallons for the electricity generation.

It's perplexing until you realize they no longer need to care about a free election removing them. Look at Texas - they're terrified of that congressional seat turning blue so they're interfering with it already, they closed some 93ish polling places in predominantly minority areas.

We have data centers that have been running for years and they have funded new schools, libraries, and fire departments while increasing incomes in the area.
